Who can join?
Anyone age 14 and older is welcome to join – no referrals needed. Our facility supports all fitness levels, though some programs may have specific age or participation guidelines.

What’s included in a membership?
The membership includes full access to our fitness center, group classes, access to medical fitness programs, and an introductory assessment that includes an InBody 570 body composition scan.  Some specialty services may be available at an additional cost.

Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts are required. We offer flexible membership options to fit your needs.

Is there a day pass option?
Yes, day passes are available for those looking to try out the facility before committing to a membership. Day passes must be purchased in person at the facility.

What if I’ve never exercised before?
No problem! Our facility is beginner-friendly, and our highly trained professionals are here to support you every step of the way.

What makes Technogym equipment different?
Technogym equipment is powered by smart technology that personalizes and enhances your fitness experience. Paired with the Technogym app, you can track your workouts, set personalized goals, access guided training programs, and sync seamlessly with our equipment. The app acts as your digital fitness coach – whether you’re in the gym or on the go – making it easier to stay motivated, consistent, and connected to your progress. It’s one of the most advanced fitness platforms available, designed to support every step of your wellness journey.

Do you offer private training?
Yes! We offer both one-on-one personal training and semi-private training options. Private and semi-private training is only available to members. 

Do you have any recovery options?
Yes! With a Recovery Suite add-on, you’ll have unlimited access to a range of recovery tools, including Hyperice products such as Normatec compression, Vyper vibrating rollers, Venom heat and vibration wraps, Hypervolt massage guns, and Hypersphere massage balls. These tools are designed to support muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and enhance overall wellness. Please note: the Recovery Suite add-on is available for an additional cost.
