Increase your fitness journey knowledge by learning how to prevent injury by following alongside one our exercise physiologist as they show you how to correct movement patterns to hit your goals faster!

DANCE

Get your body moving to the rhythm of the beat by joining one of our dance classes. Work on cardio and footwork through a variety of fun dance choreography.

A beginner class which solidifies form (squat, lift, and move efficiently and safely)! Taught by one of our expert exercise physiologists to give you tips to keep you safe on your fitness journey!

A low impact, movement-based workout that emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

REST DAY & SITTING RECOVERY

Relax and let your body recover. This class will help loosen tight and sore muscles. We’ll be turning back the time clock by relaxing, strengthening, and stretching the body.
